The weekly themusicnetwork magazine, which claims to be the most widely read trade publication
in the Australian music industry, reporting on the 2007 CBAA conference where we were named 'station of the year' -
"35% of the music played on community radio is Australian. Much of this is locally sourced. Noosa Community Radio, for example,
which is awarded Station of the Year at this year's CBAA awards, recently released a compilation CD of nineteen local artists from
