Rev LOL beaming as he uses our new CD players

This week sees the arrival of two brand new, state of the art, Denon CD/mp3 players for our broadcasting studios. This was made possible by the generosity of the Sunshine Coast Regional Council through a grant of $2,000. We are as pleased as punch to be able, through this grant, to upgrade to reliable professional equipment which was sorely needed, considering the flogging our old CD players have had over the years. As you can imagine, these players were used non-stop for at least 16 hours per day. We offer our thanks to our Council for this new equipment, which brings with it the added capability to play mp3 CDs which we have not had before. We will be putting one in the on-air studio and the other in the training studio for presenters to get used to. We are also seekng further grants to complete the upgrade with another two to match the new ones.
