We were at the Eumundi Food Fest.

On 20 June, we had the pleasure to bring our listeners a taste of the Eumundi Food Fest, an official part of the Noosa Longweekend festivities. Radio to drool by! On hand were the wizard, Harry M (tech) Deryk Webb (apprentice tech and presenter) Scott Robinson, Therase Burke and Rob Gibbs (presenters) Sherry Corcoran (secret shopper, food tester, taste-buds promoter and station sponsorship gal) Gayle Nicholson (the all important gopher) and Chris Lofven (just being there!)
For both visitors and locals, the Eumundi Food Fest was a memorable day. Sunny and not too cold. We were treated to a myriad of stalls with locally grown produce, freshly cooked delights with an international flavour, wine tasting, freshly brewed coffee, locally brewed ginger beer, freshly squeezed juices and so much more.
The cooking demonstrations were very popular, and to add even more to do, there was a display from the Noosa Classic Car Club. Entertainment was spread around by local musicians including Harii Bandhu.
Smiles were the order of the day…when you weren’t eating.
